Welcome to Recharge Zimbabwe (SMARTDEV). By accessing our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must have a valid mobile money account or debit/credit card.

2. Service Description

We provide mobile data, broadband, and electricity recharge services. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Accuracy: Ensure the provided phone number, account number, or meter number is correct.
• Dual SIM Devices: If using a Dual SIM device, ensure your payment line (e.g., EcoCash) is set as the default calling line to ensure successful processing.
• Immediate Application: Once payment is processed, recharges are typically applied immediately to your specified account.

3. Payment Processing

Debit Cards: SMARTDEV does not process card payments directly. All debit/credit card transactions are handled by a secure, PCI DSS-compliant third-party processor. We do not have access to or store your full card details.

Mobile Money: Transactions are facilitated via your chosen mobile money provider.

4. Refund Policy

• Finality: All successfully applied recharges are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Failed Transactions: In the event of a technical failure, failed transactions will be automatically refunded within 24 hours.
• Reporting: To report a failed transaction, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of the attempted purchase.

5. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We only collect the information necessary to provide our services, such as your phone/account number and transaction amount.
• No Name/Card Storage: We do not collect or store your name or full credit/debit card details.
• Data Usage: Your information is used solely to facilitate your transaction and communicate with you regarding your service status. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

SMARTDEV is not responsible for errors or omissions in information provided or for losses resulting from user input errors. You agree to indemnify and hold SMARTDEV harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
